Yichen Wang
Welcome to my homepage! I am a first year PhD student in the Computer Science Department at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, working with Prof. Yudong Chen. I obtained my Bachelor’s degree at Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2025. During my undergraduate education, I was fortunate to be advised by Prof. Xiaolin Huang and Prof. Fanghui Liu.
Research
My research interest currently lies in statistical learning theory, focuses on developing a theoretical understanding of modern machine learning systems, using tools from high-dimensional statistics.
